Tournament announces special St. Patrick’s Day ticket offer
SAVANNAH, GA (March 3, 2023) – Tournament officials announced today that the Club Car Championship at The Landings Golf & Athletic Club will host the third annual Fairways Fore Change event on Tuesday, March 21, beginning at 10:30 a.m. at the Palmetto Clubhouse at The Landings Golf & Athletic Club.
This special event is designed to support inclusivity and diversity in golf by addressing the barriers that exist to making the sport accessible to everyone.
“Helping to grow the game of golf and provide more access to this great sport, in Savannah and beyond, is a central mission of the Club Car Championship at The Landings Golf & Athletic Club,” said Tournament Director Cheyenne Overby. “Fairways Fore Change provides a perfect platform for us to host some of golf’s leading dignitaries and help shine a light on the obstacles that stand in the way of that goal.”
The day includes panelists from key organizations in the Savannah market, and beyond, for discussion on this valuable topic. The 2023 Fairways Fore Change event welcomes featured guests Jill Brown, Executive Director of First Tee Augusta, Michael Johnson representing First Tee-Savannah, Korn Ferry Tour professional Willie Mack and the Club Car Championship Kid Correspondents Jeremiah Berksteiner and Quentin Brooks.
